Analyn's story

Analyn, 29, is a resident of Bacoor, Cavite, Philippines. She is married to Aldrin, a driver, and has three children. Analyn and her husband manage their household while operating the business.

Analyn operates a beauty salon business. She mainly offers hair cutting, coloring, straightening, relaxing, etc. She also offers manicures, pedicures and face make up. Analyn's regular customers are her neighbors and the local community, usually women. She earns a minimum of PHP 4,000 in sales every day.

To help her continue operations of her business, Analyn is requesting a PHP 35,000 loan to buy beauty and hair products needed in her salon. She expects a boost in her business income as she expands her business.

Analyn dreams of being able to give her children a good and high quality education and hopes for a good life for them. She faithfully meets up with her co-fellowship members weekly to share stories of her work.

* All CCT community partners / clients are organized into fellowship groups that meet on a weekly basis. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 30 community partners. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the Word of God, build social capital, and pay microfinance loans.
