Teresa trabaja elaborando minutas las cuales son hechas de hielo granizado y bañado con jarabes de diferentes sabores, estos postres tienen mucha demanda debido a clima cálido este país y así mismo al buen sabor y bajo costo. Ella comercializa las minutas de forma ambulante, por distintos parques y lugares de turismo como playas, iglesias y mercados. Teresa solicita un préstamo a INTEGRAL, para poder comprar un carretón nuevo donde coloca el hielo, así mismo para comprar frutas, miel, jarabes de sabores, vasos y cucharas para colocar las minutas. Lo que Teresa más desea es poder aumentar sus ventas significativamente y de esta forma poder tener una vida más estable junto a su familia.
