Les Phares De Ouanaminthe Group's story

Saintamise is the coordinator of the 'Les Phares de Ouanaminthe' group. She is married, has two children, and lives in the town of Ouanaminthe, in Haiti, where electricity is rare and water is very scarce.

Saintamise has been running her business for the last four years. She would like to use this loan to invest in buying sneakers and shoes. She hopes that this loan will help her to grow her business. The other members of this group need a loan for their businesses which include selling charcoal, rice, shoes and clothing.

Saintamise says that her biggest challenge is lacking steady customers. Her dream is to buy a truck for transporting her merchandise. Her main goal is to expand her business.

In this group: Saintamise, Toto, Venicia, Flore, Ersulia, Benita, Fania, Rosemeck*, Roselene, Jaccimaine, Termilien, Arlene*, Hiliana, Nadege, Christanie, Jacquelin, Roselene, Nelta, Jean, Jeannette*, Suzette, Alida, Bertholin, Luzane*
