A loan of $400 helped to buy farming supplies.

Cidha De La Cruz's story

Cidha is 42 years old and lives with her husband and son in a home of her own. She is a farmer and raises the basic grains, corn and beans. After the harvest, she sells part of it and uses the other part to supply her household needs which are constantly increasing. She is a very enterprising and admirable lady who’s most important goal in life is to earn her daily bread with dignity and by her own hand. She also has a small stand located within a school. She has worked in agriculture all her life and this is how she manages to survive, as she doesn’t have another source of income.

Like a visionary and enterprising woman, she decided to approach this institution now that planting season is approaching and she wants to be prepared. For this reason she is requesting a loan through INTEGRAL, so that she can invest in supplies such as seeds, insecticides, fertilizer, and others so that she can harvest as soon as possible and enjoy the fruits of her labor. She is confident that she will have an abundant harvest that will allow her to improve her family’s quality of life.
