A loan of $1,500 helped to buy merchandise for her store.

Encarnación's story

Señora Encarnación is a single mother and has worked independently for several years. She has a neighborhood store in which she spends as much time as possible keeping it stocked up to the liking of her customers. Every day she starts her workday at 5:30 in the morning to go buy meat and chicken for her sales. She has the help of her daughter who still depends on her because she is in school. The contribution of her daughter is significant because only the two of them take care of sales.

Señora Encarnación, in past efforts, asked for a loan which she payed off in a timely manner, demonstrating that she can fulfill her obligations. The loan is in favor of her business, for which she needs to buy more supplies and thus be able to offer better service to her customers. She has shown herself to be efficient in her business and fulfilling in her obligations.
