A loan of $4,300 helped a member to purchase fabric, thread, elastics and more.

Ñepytyvo Group's story

The present communal bank is on their 8th loan cycle. We can highlight the group's sense of ownership and responsibility which are reflected in their payments. All of the ladies are of scarce resources but this doesn't stop them from fulfilling their responsibilities. They all work to keep their families ahead and give them all they need for a dignified life.
Alba, the president, makes a living sewing; she has a little shop where she does all types of work that allow her to help her family. She is a hardworking and entrepreneurial person that with a lot of sacrifice and effort is getting ahead and improving everyday in all she does. Alba wants to keep growing, that is why she is requesting this loan to invest in the purchase of fabric, thread, elastics and more. She will use these materials in the confection of her work and thus fulfill her customers' needs.
