Walter's story

Walter, 38 years old, is a man with a great desire to work and is dedicated to moving his family forward. He lives with María, who is a merchant and the mother of their two children who are 14 and 6 years old. He loves them very much. They live together in their own home, along with his mother. Walter sells spare parts and services vehicles, so he has a multi-service shop located in a building that he rents. Here, he attends to the requests of his customers, who count on him to repair their vehicles. He provides good service and the new parts that they need.

He began over 10 years ago with his own capital by buying and selling in small quantities. Then, he would increase his stock of merchandise from his earnings. Currently, he also counts on help from his partner in the shop. He considers his business to be pretty successful due to the income he makes and the demand for his products. His shop is located in a busy, commercial area.

Deciding to start a business was one of Walter's goals in life. This economic activity was a venture of his partner's, who he encouraged to increase income and not overlook necessities. They hoped to obtain a better quality of life for their children.

Due to the good results that they continue to have, Walter wants to buy the house where he rents his shop so that he can save on rental expenses. He also wants to open another branch to grow his business. Therefore, this will be his fourth loan with MFP. He hopes to have their support in order to continue with his goals. He also mentions that he is pleased with the communal bank because he considers it a united and collaborative group.

With the amount of 1200 nuevo soles that Walter has requested, he will invest in buying wholesale lubricants in boxes for his store, looking for the cheapest prices so that he can earn more income.
