Nay, 57, is married and lives with her family in a village of the Thmor Koul district of Battambang province. She has six children, two of whom are dependent on her and help the family’s business. To make a living, Nay has been farming rice, planting cabbage and garlic for thirty years.
Nay has been with VisionFund for seven loan cycle. She completely paid back the past loans which have helped her better support her family with enough foods. Now she is requesting another loan of US$1,000 to buy fertilizers and pesticides for her plantation. Nay hopes to increase her family’s income from her current business so as to make a living better.
