A loan of $1,025 helped to buy 8 bags of corn, 4 bags of beans and 25 liters of oil.

Monique's story

Monique is 56 years old. She is a widow and the mother of four children who already live independently. Her eldest is 34 years old and her youngest is 28. Monique has been selling corn, beans and oil for a number of years. She stocks up in one of the markets in Benin. As she doesn't have the resources she needs to increase her capital and meet the demands of her customers, she has requested and obtained a loan from Finadev which will help her to maximize her profits and buy a plot of land.
