Ms. Natividad is a 57 years old widow, who lives in the Hugo Chávez neighborhood. She has two children who work and are independent.

Ms. Natividad has had a grocery store for seven years. Meager sales volumes are amongst the difficulties she faces. With the loan, she intends to buy basic products to offer to her clients, in order to sell more and obtain a greater profit. Her future plans include the improvement of her store’s infrastructure and the increase in her merchandise stock, in order to improve her life quality.

La Sra. Natividad tiene 57 años de edad, es viuda, y habita en el barrio Hugo Chávez. Tiene dos hijos que trabajan y son independientes.

Doña Natividad tiene una pulpería y lleva siete años de experiencia. Entre las dificultades son las ventas bajas, que muchas veces son superables. Con el préstamo quiere comprar productos básicos para tener bastante para ofrecer a sus clientes y vender más y obtener más ganancias. Sus planes futuros son mejorar la infraestructura del negocio y hacer más grande la pulpería con diversos productos, y así mejorar el nivel de vida.
