Lesetha's story

Lesetha is a single woman. She has a daughter. She describes herself as an ambitious woman. She operates a poultry farm where she sells chickens. She has been involved in this business for two years. Her business is located in a viable business area and her primary customers are the general public. She describes her biggest business challenge to be the outbreak of disease which affects all the chickens.

Lesetha will use the 40,000 KES loan to buy chickens to sell. Her business goal is to be a supplier of chickens within five years. She hopes that in the future, she will educate her daughter since she is the sole provider of her family.
