Patience's story

Patience lives in Buchanan Ground Bassa County, an area that is good at producing fish on the Liberian local market. She is 23 years old, single and has three children between the ages of 3 and 12 years, who live at home. For the past five years, Patience has been selling fruits and vegetables, like cassava, potatoes, eddoes, plantains and bananas, at the front of the supermarket. She established this business with a small loan from her father. Now she is requesting a loan to purchase more fruits and vegatables, to expand her business. She wants to build a house and to expand her business, in the future.
