Emine is a single, 25-year-old, female living with her entire family in the southern part of Kosovo. She has been running a boutique since 2010. She sells mostly men’s clothes of different styles.
Emine's business is going very well. She has many customers that like her boutique and this helps her to make a profit. In the beginning, she started with low sales and now she has increased her capacity. At the moment, she is running the business alone, but she hopes to hire an employee in the future.
The boutique is usually open Monday through Saturday. However, Emine extends her schedule, when needed. Emine is requesting a loan to buy a larger variety of men's clothes for the winter collection, such as jeans and sweaters to sell, so as to meet her customers' needs.
Emine's goal is to further expand her business. She is thinking of adding different men’s clothes in order to have more customers and to increase her income. She hopes to own a big boutique shop in the future and to get married soon. She wants to thank all Kiva lenders!
