Nebojsa is fifty five years old. He is married and the father of two children, one boy and one girl, ages seventeen and nineteen years old. For a long time Nebojsa has worked in agriculture business. His wife is a teacher in a primary school. They all live in a minority community of Kosovo. To earn a living, Nebojsa works the agricultural land with his tractor for the others and for his land.
Now Nebosa needs a loan for his tractor to repair his motor engine and to buy a seeder machine. The loan will help him to continue his business, which brings him a lot of profit. He said he can also save the money from this business for his family's future. He hopes in the future to involve his son to help him so that he won't have to pay for outside help. His goal is to have better living conditions for his family.

This loan will support the economic aspirations of minority people in Kosovo. Roma people and ethnic Serbians have historically faced a tremendous amount of hardship in Kosovo, and are still socioeconomically and politically vulnerable. During the 1998-1999 war, the fighting displaced 250,000 people. Among those displaced were an estimated 80-90% of the region’s Roma population. Today, Roma and ethnic Serbians living in Kosovo still face discrimination and are excluded from many aspects of society, including fair political representation and high rates of unemployment.
