A loan of $2,125 helped to purchase young cows.

Guljan's story

Guljan is 51 years old and has 5 children. Guljan's eldest three children are grown up and work in Moscow. Her remaining daughter and son are students. By nature, Guljan is a level-headed and hardworking person. She has already worked for many years as a librarian in a local library. Her librarian salary is very low, which is why in 1997, in search of a source of income for her family, Guljan began her animal husbandry business with an initial investment of 5,000 som (KGS). Thanks to her perseverance and hard work, Guljan was able to develop her business to generate a monthly profit of 15,000 som (KGS) from the sale of milk and dairy products.

In connection with this, Guljan is preparing to marry off her son and needs to expand her agricultural business in order to increase her family's income. Guljan approached the company "Bai - Tushum and Partners" for a loan in the amount of 100,000 som (KGS) to purchase 4 heifers. In the future, with the help of the cows, she can increase her milk production.
