A loan of $800 helped to buy wood blocks.

Eusebio's story

At 49 years old, Eusebio is a big promoter of his city. He shares his married life with his wife Zulma who is 38 years old and complements his family joy with 4 children that God has given him. Recently he purchased some land and subsequently completed the construction of an adobe house. A teacher by profession, but by vocation a micro-entrepreneur, he is proud to serve the people of his town by educating the youngest ones in the elementary school where he works.

However, for the last year, with the support of a partner whom he considers a blood brother, he managed to implement a woodworking shop where with the help of a master carpenter, he has made cabinet work and other items. He said that he opted for this business in a zone where he lives as it is rich in timber trees and is beneficial in terms of the price of raw materials needed to run the business. From the production of tables, chairs, and other items, he has noticed that the business has grown considerably which motivates him to continue with more enthusiasm every day. By the beginning of next year, he wants to hire wood workers ahead of time and buy raw material for his business thus increasing his earning later on.

In the future, as a result of the constant work, he wants to enter the the manufacturing of coffins and other large furniture. This is his first loan with MFP and he appreciates the great opportunity they provide because he feels that it is a great advancement for many people. As a teacher and guide, he thinks that always providing ideas to the group is very important. WIth the 2,000 soles, he will complement his capital destined to buy the wood blocks and later the completion of furniture.
