This group of women called “Kuña Mbarete” is in its fourth cycle. Kuña Mbarete means “Strong Woman” and is made up of 19 hardworking strong women with a great enthusiasm to grow and get ahead. Mirian is the group’s president and a hair stylist. She has a small salon where she serves all of her customers. Her greatest desire is to have a great salon where she can serve more customers and be able to provide jobs for others who want to get ahead. She is asking for this loan to buy tints, spray, gel, shampoo, rinses, and other supplies so that she can continue growing and providing good service.
