Musy's story

Musy, 22, is a young woman who very much wants to get ahead; she’s hardworking and dedicated. She’s single and lives wither two siblings, her father and her mother who she loves very much and strives to be her family’s source of pride. She lives comfortably in her parents’ house.

Musy’s activity is selling cold carbonated beverages to take away at wholesale and by the unit in her parents’ house where she has a regular-size refrigerator to cool her beverages to sell to her customers according to their taste. She’s been kindly tending to her customers by herself for a year but sometimes when she has to be away from home her siblings help her. She likes her business because it allows her to earn income to cover her personal expenses and to help her parents with household costs in addition to giving her financial independence; she wants to become a prosperous businesswoman now that she’s seeing the good results she’s getting.

However, competition has increased which is forcing her to find a better location for her commercial activity. She wants to stay in business and to expand it and increase her volume of stock merchandise which is why this will be her 3rd MFP loan. She feels grateful for lathe financial support to advance with her business. She also feels comfortable in her communal bank because she considers the members to be kind, mutually supportive people.

She will use the requested 1,000 new soles to buy more beverages in assorted presentations and of various brands at wholesale in order to earn higher profits and provide for her customers’ taste.
