A loan of $1,700 helped to purchase three dairy cows.

Gulmayram's story

Gulmayram is 49 years old and she is married with four grown children. Since 1997, she has been involved in raising cattle, a business she started with 30,000 som (KGS). Her husband and son actively help her on the farm. Thanks to the hard work of Gulmayram and her family, the farm now has three cows and a herd of sheep and goats. The sale of their milk and dairy products brings about 15,000 som (KGS) per month. With the goal of developing her business further, Gulmayram has turned to Bai Tushum and Partners for a loan of 80,000 som (KGS) to buy three dairy cows. She plans to use the income from this loan to increase her head of livestock in the future. Her daughter is getting married in the spring.
