Anarkan's story

Anarkan is a 52-year-old widow, who brought up six children. After the breakup of the Soviet Union, Anarkan started to raising livestock, starting this business with 20,000 Som (KGS). Through Anarkan's hard work, her household today has a highly developed farm, the proceeds from which are enough to cover the basic needs of the family.

In order to further develop her business, Anarkan appealed to Bai-Tushum and Partners for a loan of 100,000 Som (KGS) to buy additional livestock. Anarkan plans to invest income from the loan in home repairs, to further develop her household, and to save for her children's education and their future.
