Bacoor, Cavite, Philippines / Personal Products Sales

A loan of $225 helped to pay for additional supplies and inventory, like clothing, footwear, and cosmetics, needed in her business.

Edita's story

This is Edita, She previously accessed a 9,000 PHP loan that she used to purchase merchandise and products needed in her business. Her earnings were a big help for her children’s education, and in their family's personal, household and business expenditures.

She would like to apply for another 9,000 PHP loan to increase her product inventory. The more items she has on display and available on hand, the better. More items to sell will result in better profit. Her profits from business will definitely help her to sustain her children’s education and daily needs. She looks forward to this financial increase with gladness and thankfulness in her heart.

Editha hopes to grow her business in the coming years and dreams of giving a good and quality education to her children. She also has a house for rent for additional income. She faithfully meets up with her co-fellowship members* every week, to share stories of her work and to draw strength and inspiration from the Word of God she studies.

* All CCT community partners / clients are organized into fellowship groups that meet on a weekly basis. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 30 community partners. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the word of God, build social capital, and pay microfinance loans.
