A loan of $300 helped to pay law school graduation fees.

Emanuel's story

Emanuel’ single and has no children. He actually rents from his grandparents occupying his own bedroom but sharing the rest of the space with his grandparents. The walls are stucco-covered and the floor is wood. The house is located in the city of La Paz’s Tembladerani zone.

He currently works as an attorney in a law office doing legalization transactions. He’s been employed for a year now and earns a monthly salary. He helps pay his family’s basic utility costs. He needs the loan to pay his law school graduation fees so that he can work as an attorney and earn higher income.

Emanuel’s dream is to have his own law office and to be able to handle his own cases and have staff who works for him like he’s doing now in La Paz thus improving his quality of life. This is his first loan request to IMPRO and KIVA.
