Ana Marcela
Dear KIVA lenders,
Marcela is a young entrepreneur. She is 20 years old, and her business is selling Avon cosmetics. She takes orders and also sells door to door.
Marcela took her own initiative in starting her business and had the financial support of her parents in doing so. She is currently a university student studying for a pharmacy career. The money she earns selling cosmetics helps with her schooling expenses.
Nevertheless, demand for her products has grown, and she needs financial support in order to pay for a cosmetics order. In doing so, she will be able to respond to her customers' demand and elevate her sales level.
Marcela is single and still lives with her parents.
Marcela has a spirit of personal improvement and a desire to get ahead, just like many young people in Nicaragua.
