Williams's story

Williams is 47 years old. He is a good, friendly and hard-working man. He is married and has a 19 year-old son who is motivation. His dream is for him to become a professional. They live together in their own house.

Williams' work consists of offering his service as a mechanic, resolving different technical or electrical problems in minor vehicles such as motorcycles and motor-taxis. He has a large service area in his home where he also has an area designated for orientation and vehicle safety. He sells the principal requirements needed by any citizen with a vehicle, such as SOAT [Obligatory Insurance for Transit Accidents], security alarms, and personalized identification among other things.

He has been in this business for more than 10 years and he works alone. Occasionally, he works driving his own motor-taxi to generate additional income for his family. The good thing about his work is that he has the opportunity to receive different contracts every day, in different fields. This way he can work as a mechanic or taxi driver, or in some cases, also as an electrician.

He has many plans regarding his business, but for the moment he is just concerned with strengthening his membership in the association of motor-taxi drivers, and to offer the best possible service in the transportation sector. With the requested 2000 soles, he will provide his workshop with some tools that he uses in his work as a mechanic, buying certain replacement parts like tires, axles, exhaust valves, discs and carburetors.
