A loan of $200 helped to buy 1 bag of flour, 1 20L can of oil, and several ingredients.

Rose Nyambod's story

Rose is a 38 year old woman who is married and the mother of 3 children whose ages range from 6 to 10 years old. All still go to school. She is a shopkeeper and has been selling doughnuts in the morning in a neighborhood of the capital for 3 years. Her know-how in this domain and the prices offered allowed her to gain a loyal clientèle which is growing day to day. This brings her to want this loan because her capital doesn't allow her to fully satisfy her clientèle anymore. Thanks to the loan, she will be able to increase her stock by buying 1 bag of flour, 1 20L can of oil, and several ingredients. The profits that this loan will bring her will be partly reinvested in her business and the rest will be saved for her children's schooling.
