Margret is a forty-one-year-old single mother of three children living in Kasese,Uganda.She has been in the retail business for five years and also sells clothes, which is where we found her at the time of this interview. Margret started her business to earn extra income to support her family.Like most traders, she faces the challenges of stiff competition and price fluctuation; nevertheless she desires to own a super market. Margret intends to use the loan to buy sugar, rice and cosmetics to sell.
