A loan of $200 helped to purchase additional stock of fruit such as bananas, oranges, etc.

Daniel's story

Daniel is a resident of Changamwe, Kenya. He is a married father of two school-going children. He operates a fruit stall which has been running for four years, and where he sells bananas, oranges, etc. He also has other employment. Despite the challenge of perishability and bad debts, he aspires to own a larger structure from which he can sell his food.

Daniel learned about Milango from his friends and is applying for a loan of 15,900 Kenyan shillings to purchase additional stock of fruit such as bananas, oranges, etc. He also wants to move to a new venue, carry out good business and establish a hotel in the future. Daniel believes the additional income from this loan will help him provide a good education to his children.
