A loan of $675 helped to buy iron, bricks, cement and to pay workers.

César Del Carmen's story

November and December is a beautiful time to visit El Sauce and go along roads that lay between mountains covered with flowering Madroños, the national tree of Nicaragua. It's wonderful to smell the natural and pure aroma of the flower which is used to decorate the Virgin Mary on the 7th December when the day of the Immaculate Conception is celebrated.

In this town, full of religious traditions, lives César, a 43 year old man who works as a machine operator and security guard for a company in the above mentioned area. This work allows him to provide for his house and improve his house little by little, according to his possibilities.

Given the circumstances of his work which require him to work during the night, he has tried to make his house as secure as possible so that his wife who stays in alone, isn't in danger. It's for this reason that all his loans have been requested for this purpose. Today he is requesting this loan to buy materials like iron, bricks, cement and to pay workers to block off his house's patio with a wall.

As he is a religious man, he trusts in God and the Virgin Mary that his request will be accepted to carry out his objective since he can only make his dreams come true in life with the help of these loans.
