Phalley is 33 years old. She is married and resides with two children in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia. She has been working in a garment factory for more than five years, earning approximately $3 daily. Her husband is a motor taxi driver who makes an income of $10 per day. In addition, he is a fisherman.
In order to develop her family’s finances, Phalley is requesting a loan of $1200 to purchase fishing equipment. In the future, she would like to run a tailoring shop and help her children earn higher education degrees.
