A loan of $500 helped to buy products like clothing, footwear, undergarments, and cosmetics to increase her product inventory.

Jolly's story

This is Jolly; she previously requested a loan of 14,000 PHP that she used to purchase merchandise items and products needed for her business. Her earnings were a big help for the education of her children, and in her family's personal, household and business expenditures.

She would like to apply for another loan of 20,000 PHP to buy more merchandise items and products like clothing, footwear, undergarments, and cosmetics to increase her product inventory. The more items she has on display and available the better. More items to sell will result for better profit. Her profits from business definitely help her sustain her child’s education and daily needs. She looks forward to this financial increase with gladness and thankfulness in her heart.

Jolly dreams of being able to give all her children a good, high quality education through her hard work on her business. She faithfully meets up with her co-fellowship* members to share stories of her work every week, and to draw strength and inspiration from the Word of God that she studies.

*All CCT community partners/clients are organized into fellowship groups that meet on a weekly basis. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 30 community partners. These fellowship groups gather each week to study the Word of God, build social capital, and pay microfinance loans.
