Jose Camilo's story

José is a farmer. He has three children, ages 16, 12 and 7. He has his own home and he lives with his wife. He works sowing corn and chilies. He learned how to do it from his parents. He has about 20 years of experience. José is requesting a loan in order to invest it in agriculture, planting corn, beans, and chilies. For this activity he should pay for manure, herbicide, fertilizer, and labor, which are what is necessary for working the land. He expresses that he wants to remain with his family, providing food and covering necessary expense for his family’s wellbeing.
