El cliente, Arturo, es un señor de 46 años de edad, está casado el cliente trabaja como profesor de primaria en una escuela lejana de la ciudad de Cochabamba, actualmente el cliente vive por la zona oeste de la ciudad, aproximadamente a 10 km de la ciudad de Cochabamba, la casa donde vive el cliente no es propia, el cliente vive con su esposa en alquiler, ambos tienen 2 hijos dependientes y el destino del nuevo crédito de la institución es para la refacción de vivienda, la cual ya está muy desgastada por el transcurso del tiempo, la humedad que causo en la parte inferior de las paredes de la vivienda por las lluvias constantes en la ciudad, ya que es la época del tiempo y la vivienda ya necesita hacer el respectivo mantenimiento, esto les brindara tranquilidad en las épocas de lluvia.
