Gulzat's story

Gulzat is 24 years old, married and has three children. In search of a source of income for the family, Gulzat started working with livestock breeding. Having started with 30,000 som (KGS) in 2007, the farm today brings in around 20,000 som (KGS) per month from the sale of dairy products and reselling livestock. Thanks to Gulzat's persistent work, her farm today counts three cows and 15 sheep.

With an aim to further develop her business, Gulzat turned to the organization "Bai Tushum & Partners" for a loan in the amount of 60,000 som (KGS) for the purchase of sheep at a very low price. Gulzat plans to invest the income in further growing her business through increasing the amount of livestock. She plans to build a house in the future.
