A loan of $1,175 helped to buy stock merchandise for his grocery store.

Oscar's story

Oscar is a 46-year-old father living with his family in Cayaltí District, a zone with quite a bit of commercial activity located in Lambayeque Province an hour from the city of Chiclayo. He’s had a home-based grocery store for the last 8 years. He offers his customers a variety of basic staples there like groceries, vegetables and other perishables. His customers prefer his store because it always has quality products and good service. His business allows him to help his wife support the family. He also works raising barnyard animals and earns daily wages working as a laborer.

Oscar wants to buy more groceries to expand the store and stratify demand so he’s deemed it advisable to request a 3.000 new sol loan from Edpyme Alternativa that will help him reach his goal. He will also buy medicine for his mother who is in poor health.
