Lusmila's story

Lusmila is 54 years old. She is single and lives with her parents and a brother in Saltur, a community dedicated to trade, agriculture and cattle raising.

She has been selling basic necessities and other groceries in a small store installed in her house for the past 15 years. Her main customers are her neighbors in the area. She offers various products that are used daily, so that her business is well patronized. Always trying to provide good customer service, Luismila tries to stock high quality merchandise and wait on her customers in a friendly manner.

Lusmila wants to expand her business by buying more products so that she can increase his sales and profits. Consequently she is requesting her first loan for S/. 2,000 from Edpyme Alternativa.

She is well known in her community as a hardworking woman who is always ready to help when asked. Her greatest wish is to continue growing as a business woman in order to provide her family with a better quality of life.
