A loan of $1,000 helped to buy foodstuffs and cereals to re-sell.

Serigne Abdou Khadre's story

Serigne Abdou Khadre lives in Senegal. He is single and has been working in commerce for more than 10 years. He runs a grocery store in his town. The income he makes from his business allows him to cover his personal needs and to pay the rent on both the room that he lives in and the store where he runs his business. He is a member of the UIMCEC office in his town. He is requesting a loan for 500,000 francs. Part of the loan will be used to buy more of the foodstuffs he currently sells. The rest will be used to buy cereals so that he can diversify his product offerings. His goal is to increase his profits so that he can better develop his business.
