Emmanuel Ratisbonne is a 40 year old man, engaged to be married, and father of two children, both of whom attend school. He also offers his customers long-distance phone call services and sells communication credits. He manages his business well thanks to the accounting and business skills he acquired in school. He is asking for a loan in order to purchase more merchandise to sell (candy, cookies, motor oil and cooking oil) but also to purchase additional communication credits so he can increase his volume of sales.
