A loan of $600 helped to buy foodstuffs and products to make juice to be able to sell at night.

Rokhaya's story

Rokhaya is a married woman who lives in Sénégal. For more than 10 years she has been developing her catering service. She also sells ice cream and local juice. She has 10 years experience in her business. The profits that she makes allow her to help her 3 children aged from 7 to 13 years old in their daily needs.

With the increase in her income she envisions diversifying the products and services that she offers to her clientèle. She is a member of one of the branches of the UIMCEC and is requesting a loan of 300,000f with which she plans to increase her working capital. This will allow her to take care of the new expenses as she wants to start the same business and sell at night. Her future project is to have a large restaurant in the neighborhood where she lives.
