Felista's story

Felista, 41, is a single mother to three children aged between 8 and 16 years. She owns a boutique where she sells clothes and shoes. A resident of Kagadi, Uganda, she has been in this business for 14 years, and she supplements her earnings with rental income from her house. As a divorced mother, she plans to invest in real estate to secure her children’s future. Inadequate capital is a major challenge to her business.
