Jean Chrysostome's story

Jean Chrysostome is married and an employee of AEE Rwanda. He is 39 years old and has 2 children, the eldest of whom is 2 and the youngest, 1. Neither of his children go to school (they have not yet reached school age) and he is responsible for no other people. He was born in Rwanda and has a university (A0) level education in public health. He opened his account with ACB Ltd in 2008 and is currently on his 3rd loan cycle. The previous loans have been properly repaid. The loan granted to him will be used to buy 4 bags of cement, 12 kilos of nails and 16 sheets of triple ply-board which he will use to finish off his house that he will then rent out. The only difficulty that Jean Chrysostome expects is the non-payment of his salary by his employer. His strategy is to keep decorating the house so that renters are attracted to it and prepared to pay a high rent. He has the following ambitions: concerning work, he will be punctual and avoid irregularities, and concerning his family, he will make sure his children get an education and will develop his house so that he can live in a beautiful home.
