A loan of $1,500 helped to buy work tools.

Juan's story

Juan is a young, hardworking man. He’s 31-years-old and currently lives in his mother’s house. He comes from a poor family that emigrated more than ten years ago from the Kami mine. Due to life’s fate, his father died leaving his mother widowed and since then she was left in charge of the children. This is why Juan had to strive mightily to get ahead; he had to work and go to school at the same time. Today, he owns his electronic fuel injection repair shop where he works repairing vehicles with electronic parts of which there are many nowadays. Because of the advances in technology and the type of work Juan does, he must constantly upgrade his work tools which is why he needs this loan. His shop is located in the city of Quillacollo-Cochabamba and he’s very well-known for the quality of his work and his availability to be able to help vehicles that break down on the highway.
