Wence, 55, is married and has four children. He started working in agriculture alongside his father while still very young because he’s the only male in the family and he had to help his father. When he became an adult and got married he became independent from his parents and worked in agriculture, raising pigs and cattle. He buys his farm supplies in a city that’s five kilometers from his house and pays for private transportation to bring the supplies home. The loan he’s asking Fundación Campo for is to buy two head of grazing cattle. When they are fat, he’ll sell them to earn extra income. What he most wants is to provide schooling for his children and to build a house.
