A loan of $400 helped to maintain his crop and to buy feed for his animals.

Jose Yvan's story

José is 22 years old, single, and has no children. He lives in his grandparents’ own house in the district of Tambogrande, which is in the province of Piura and located 4 hours from the city of Chiclayo. He helps work the land and raise his grandparents’ sheep. The community is 25 minutes away from a city and does not have basic services.
His business is the cultivation of lemons and mangos, as well as raising sheep and poultry. He has been working in the production of lemons and in livestock for about 2 years. He is requesting the loan to maintain the crop and to buy feed for the animals. José has knowledge on crop management and the adequate feeding of animals.
José desires to continue growing in the business and, in addition, to offer quality products. This is why he thought it would be good to obtain a loan of 1000 new Peruvian soles.
