Titus's story

This is Titus, 48, resident of Bacoor, Cavite Philippines. He is married to Adelaida, a house wife and a mother to their three children. At this time, he is working hard to continually provide income for their everyday expenses.

Titus oversees operations of their Jeepney transportation business. They have one unit of Jeep that carries up to sixteen passengers to their destination within the community; He earns from the daily revenue their driver remits everyday. Their regular passengers and customers are from the local community. He earns a minimum of 1,000 Philippine Pesos (PHP) in revenue every day.

To help him continue operations of his business, he is requesting a PHP 16,000 loan. He will be utilizing the loan for the maintenance of his Jeepney unit. He expects a boost in his business income.

Titus dreams to give his family a good future and hopes to give his children a good and quality education. He faithfully meets up with his co-fellowship* members to share stories of his work every week and where he can also draw strength and inspiration from the Word of God he studies.

* All CCT community partners / clients are organized into fellowship groups that meet on a weekly basis. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 30 community partners. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the Word of God, build social capital, and pay Micro Finance loans.
