Indira's story

Indira is 33 years old, married, and has three children. According to the mother, the elder son is studying in the fifth class. He is very serious and clever. Her daughter and second son will soon go to school, but they are not like their brother and they love to play around and make noise.

As income for the family, Indira engages in the food trade. Thanks to her hard work, Indira's activities can bring in about 20,000 som per month, which covers the basic costs of food and household needs for the family. Given the special friendliness of the shop owner and a good assortment of products, Indira has many customers visiting her store, which requires the participation of her whole family in the business.

In addition to the store, Indira also has a public bath which in turn generates an additional 10,000 KGS per month.

In order to further develop her business, Indira appealed to Bai-Tushum and Partners for a loan of 90,000 som (KGS) to increase her inventory at the store and the expansion of the bath. Indira will use income from the loan to invest in a further increase in her business and in the long term to build a big house for her family and a barn for livestock.
