Bertha's story

Bertha is a member of the “LOS DIAMANTES” communal bank in the city of Cusco – Peru. She sells primary needs products and has a small grocery store. She has been doing this for several years and it’s her main source of income for supporting her family. Bertha is asking for a loan to buy merchandise such as rice, noodles, milk, cooking oil, and carbonated drinks. She is grateful to Kiva for helping her continue and strengthen her business.
