Jamila, one of the group members, is 50 years old and lives in Hodiedh, Yemen. She is married and has six children. Jamila is a seamstress who makes a lot of ladies clothes. She is a hardworking woman and professional in her field who is able to attract customers for her business. She started her business when her husband was ill and became unemployed; she is now the only provider for her family.

Jamila's share of her group's loan is 20000 YER, which she will use to buy fabrics for sewing women's clothes. She hopes to open a sewing store someday and buy many machines for her business.
