Marie's story

Marie is 30 years old. She stopped her education in the 10th grade, married and now lives in Paynesville South with their two children that are 5 and 12 and attend school. She has had a mini provision shop for the past ten years where she sells soft drinks, bread, sardines, hair grease, pens, pencils, biscuits, oats, bath and washing soap and many other items. She loves to work at the shop because she makes a profit. With the profit generated from the business, she will buy more goods, to increase her sales, and attend to the needs of her children. She is requesting a loan to purchase more bread, sardines, hair grease, biscuits, and bath soap for the shop. Her plan is to build house in the future.
