Shairkul's story

Shairkul is a 57-year-old, widowed mother of five children. All the children are grown and one son works in the Russian Federation. Her eldest son and granddaughter help her. Shairkul has a high school education. After graduating, she helped her parents and got married. By character, she is very kind, calm, and purposeful. Thanks to her efforts and hard work, Shairkul has developed her business very well. She engages in fattening livestock. Begun in 1998 with 50,000 KGS, her business now has ten head of sheep, one horse, and two cows. Shairkul's monthly income consists of 5,000 KGS som. She appealed to Bai-Tushum and Partners for a loan in the amount of 100,000 KGS som. This is her third request to Bai-Tushum and Partners. She will use the received amount to buy ten head of sheep and two cows. Shairkul shared with us that in the future she plans to repair her home and to increase the wellbeing of her family.
