Lydia's story

Lydia, a resident of Kilifi area of Coast Province, Kenya, is a married businesswoman who has been operating a clothing business for six months. This mother of one child also runs a mobile money transfer shop. Her main challenges are competition and occasionally low business seasons.

Having learned about Milango through friends who invited her to the group, Lydia joined with the aim of accessing credit to improve her business operations.
